You may not use any of Payment Addons or www.payaddons.com logo, Registered Business Name or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of a link, public/ private video content, screencasts, personal blog’s, product endorsement without express written permission.

All Support questions will be answered in around 8 business hours from the initial contact.

We offer support to all customers that have purchased our extensions at Payment Addons, www.payaddons.com
We do not offer Support to customers who have purchased our extensions anywhere other than Payment Addons, www.payaddons.com If a customer is found to have downloaded, obtained any of Payment Addons products from another source, the source of the download, distribution of Payment Addons files is in breech of our Copyright & Website Licence terms, all matters will be investigated under the International Copyright Laws.
Terms of support
Under the terms of Support we must be granted administration access to the Website, or access via FTP in which our product was installed. If a customer deny’s access to the Website in which our Product was installed we can not offer any Support, therefore any claims to our Product “not working” will be deemed null and void. If The Client’s website has technical coding, defects, damage or hosting problems not caused by Payment Addons; Payment Addons may not be able to offer Support or Fix the Client’s Website. Product License Upon purchase of a product at Payment Addons, you purchase a Single or Multiple Website licence.
The Licence includes 1 year of Updates and Support. After the 1 year period, your Single Website Licence will expire, you will have no download access for the product/products from your Payment Addons Account Dashboard and you will have no updates available via the WordPress admin area.
Before the term of 1 year expires, you will need to purchase an Upgrade your Licence to receive the discounted price. If your Licence expires, or after the term of 1 year you will need to purchase a new licence at full price.
All WordPress plugins sold through this website are licensed under the GPL 3.0.
Refunds
We stand behind our plugin’s quality and your satisfaction with it is important to us. If you experience problems with the plugin, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original upgrade date.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 30 days of the purchase of the plugin.
- Your issue(s) derives from not being able to install the plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team by opening a support ticket through the “Contact Us” in the plugin’s admin settings.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
- Refunds will not be granted for missing feature(s). If you are not sure we support a specific feature, please contact us first.
- Issues caused by conflicts with 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the plugin.
By upgrading, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
Exchange Policy
Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate delivery via email, download link, or Payment Addons account download access, we do not exchange Products or Platforms.
It is the customers responsibility to purchase the correct product. Payment Addons WILL NOT exchange/swap your extension for another extension.
*One exception: If you realise you have purchased the incorrect product, if you contact Payment Addons before the product is downloaded, we can change the product/platform to the correct one. Payment Addons can assess whether the product has been downloaded from your Payment Addons account.
Your Membership Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Payment Addons, www.payaddons.com and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Account/Service/Support termination
We Payment Addons, www.payaddons.com have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion.

Repeated violations of the Terms of Conditions A single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behaviour, threats, abuse or spam) Accounts dedicated to a policy violation (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc) Payment Addons demands a very high level of respect and professionalism from its employees and business partners, in turn, we expect the same level of respect from our customers, no level of harassment, abuse or threats will be tolerated in our Support area.` Upon termination of an account all valid product licence keys will be removed, all support will be terminated.
Reviews, Comments, Emails, Other
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Products sold for download through www.payaddons.com are the sole work of Payment Addons and are provided “as-is” with no expressed or implied warranty or suitability claims. As the buyer, you accept all responsibility for all outcomes from installing and/or using the downloads sold through www.payaddons.com by Payment Addons. Extensions sold at www.payaddons.com are tested on the Standard WordPress environment using the standard Themes built into the core and are duly tested prior to release on the latest version of a standard WordPress installation. Any incompatibilities with third-party themes and plugins are beyond Payment Addons (www.payaddons.com) responsibility. All products are provided ‘as is’ and in no case is it implied that they will function as expected under any setup or configuration nor with any or all 3rd party plugins or software or server environment. Moreover, all downloads are copyright to Payment Addons and CANNOT be resold elsewhere. Doing so violates international copyright laws.
